If you experience this, load the dll on a 32 bit OS and configure it to make sure that it works there, then work with IBM to get the correct version. Because Bill didn't have a 64 bit OS available at the time, he installed the dll I got from the Fix Pack download, which proved that was the issue -- as his 32 OS worked with the dll that was supposed to be 64 bit.
